In everybody’s life small and major trauma occur – accidents, suffered injustices, abuse, violence, - and we mostly come to terms with that without having a big problem. However, sometimes the trauma is so deep that we can not process it fully. This can be the root of phobias, fear, blockages and other symptoms that interfere with life.
Tipi* is a technique to identify subconscious fears on a bodily level. This enables us to easily get in contact with bodily sensations that occur when the unpleasant emotion is present and to resolve this emotion. The goal of a Tipi session is to resolve the emotional problem permanently.
Tipi* is actually a natural way of coping and can be used by everybody on their own. The aim is to get access to the memories stored in the body. If you wish I will be happy to teach you this technique to allow you to solve your emotional problems in daily life yourself.
